3.	calendar changes for referral senators may view details of the proposed calendar changes on the curriculum navigator website. a link to the website along with login information and instructions has been emailed to all senators.
	3.1	proposed undergraduate calendar change for referral (dr. rachel warburton) moved that the following undergraduate academic calendar change be referred to the appropriate committees: faculty of education 2018-edu-6713 – education 3519 change of note 2018-edu-6716 - concurrent education accelerated programs
	3.2	proposed undergraduate regulation changes for referral (dr. richard maundrell) moved that the following undergraduate regulation changes be referred to the appropriate committees: university regulations & admission requirements 2018-univreg-6678 – change to “letter of permission” under university regulations 2018-univreg-6714 – changes to wording in letter of permission-international exchange
4.	reports of senate standing committees
	4.1	senate academic committee regular and annual report (dr. richard maundrell)
		4.1.1	moved that the following policies be rescinded per the attached rationale: aegrotat standing credit assessment for the association of biblical higher education accredited institutions credits, transferability of course credit examinations cancellation contingency plan examinations – frequency examinations: invigilation
		4.1.2	moved that the proposed amendments to the senate academic committee terms of reference be referred to the senate organization committee.
	4.2	senate budget committee report (dr. ehsan rezazadeh azar)
	4.3	senate executive committee recommendation (dr. todd randall)
		4.3.1	moved that: the proposed amendments to the senate executive committee (sec) terms of reference be referred to the senate organization committee (soc); and that the soc examines the quorum and official observer provisions in the sec terms of reference and provides a recommendation back to the sec regarding such.

	5.2	approval of graduate calendar changes (dr. chander shahi) moved that the following graduate academic calendar changes be approved: faculty of health and behavioural sciences 2018-hbs-6523 - course-new-gr-health sciences-cross-listing 2018-hbs-6572 - courses-new-gr-psychology-clinicalsupervision
6.	adjunct professor recommendations
	6.1	faculty of science and environmental studies (dr. todd randall) moved that the following adjunct professor appointments be approved: dr. amelia fay, be appointed as an external adjunct professor in the department of anthropology effective july 1, 2018 to june 30, 2022. dr. carney matheson, be appointed as an external adjunct professor in the department of anthropology effective july 1, 2018 to june 30, 2022. dr. lyndsay moore, be appointed as an external adjunct professor in the department of geology effective july 1, 2018 to june 30, 2022. dr. brian shuter, be appointed as an external adjunct professor in the department of biology effective july 1, 2018 to june 30, 2022.
