lutheran community care centre

the lutheran community care centre offers their pastoral care program for one-to-one counselling, group counselling and phone support. these services are for seniors who are in a long-term care facility with a lutheran affiliation. services are provided by individuals trained in grief & bereavement support. services are available in finnish or english. please call 345-6062 ext. 117, email info@lccare.ca or visit lccare.ca.

thunder bay 55 plus centre

the 55 plus centre offers non-denominational counselling and support related to grief & loss every second friday from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm. there is also one-to-one counselling and a caregiver support group that meets on the third wednesday of each month. a referral can be made for any of these programs by calling the support services program at (807) 684-3471.
