this innovative project, a collaboration between cerah at 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 , the city of thunder bay, and the north west dementia working group (nwdwg), is dedicated to creating an inclusive, outdoor space focused on native plant gardening for people living with dementia and their care partners. the vision includes developing an outdoor day program or green care farm, where meaningful engagement, community connection, and environmental stewardship come together.
