walk the red carpet and share your culture on our global runway! whether you wear traditional attire or something that represents your home country, we want you to showcase your culture. we invite all 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 , staff, and faculty to dress in their traditional attire on november 21 and come strut their cultural couture down our red-carpeted runway. join us to cheer on our culture and diversity. coffee and cake will be served after the show.

interested in walking the red carpet? here’s what to do:

1. decide what you would like to wear for the global runway. it can be traditional attire or something that represents your culture or country.
2. sign up for the event! don’t want to walk the carpet by yourself? then, gather your friends and sign up as a group.
3. once you sign up, we’ll email your lakehead email for more details about the event.

have you recently been accepted into a co-op work term for spring 2026? if so, you will require a co-op work permit to complete this work in canada. this is separate from your study permit. if you don't already have one, we recommend applying online right away. work permit processing is very delayed in canada so please apply early. you can join this workshop to go over the online application with your international student advisor (rcic).
