in this workshop, we will explore the benefits of using rubrics as a form of assessment feedback. particularly, we will focus on building rubrics using the rubrics tool in mycourselink/d2l. by the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• determine what type of rubric(s) works best for their assessments;
• consider how to build and use rubrics effectively;
• develop a rubric in mycourselink/d2l that may be used for one of their course assessments.
