existing users with a lakehead email:
- go to the covidence sign in page
- login to covidence using the sign in with sso.
existing users with a non-lakehead email:
- go to the covidence sign in page
- login to covidence using your non-lakehead email.
- add your lakehead email to your account under "profile"
