together new and existing academic and community partners in the lake superior watershed we will increase the impact of sustainability related teaching, research, and action with a focus on issues at the nexus of water and land, climate and energy, and individual and community well-being. the lslln will enhance the capacity of each university hub to take leadership on sustainability initiatives at the local level by learning from each other, while developing new collaborative initiatives thereby enhancing regenerative social-ecological systems at the local and regional scales in the lake
