it's your move 150 challenge
a new school year and perhaps a new campus can wreak havoc with our routine. the it's your move team (a.k.a. lakehead student health and wellness, athletics and campus recreation) wants to help you make exercise a priority by challenging you to meet the canadian 24-hour movement guidelines recommendation of getting 150 minutes a week of moderate to vigorous physical activity for 6 weeks! the challenge begins on september 26 and wraps up on november 6.
