including assumption of risks, release of liability, waiver of claims, and indemnity (hereinafter collectively called the "agreement") for participation in events and activities sponsored by 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 's enrolment services - undergraduate recruitment

enrolment services - undergraduate recruitment of 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 (hereinafter called the "university") welcomes you and all visitors to attend one of our events. in consideration for the university's allowing you to participate in our events and activities (hereinafter collectively called "events") you and all visitors understand, acknowledge and agree (please read carefully, as these terms and conditions affect your legal rights):

1. that, although you are unlikely to suffer injury, loss, damage, or harm while at the event or traveling to or from the event so long as you conduct yourself prudently, nevertheless certain risks of injury, loss, damage or harm are inherent to participation in any program or activity, and you willingly accept all risks and all injury, loss, damage, or harm that you or your property may suffer with respect to events.

2. to waive any and all claims that you may have against the university, its directors, officers, employees, agents, 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 , volunteers, and independent contractors (all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "releasees") with respect to events;

3. to release the releasees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, death, or expense that you or your next of kin may suffer as a result of your participation in events due to any cause whatsoever including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any duty of care on the part of the releasees;

4. to hold harmless and indemnify the releasees from any and all liability for any damage to the property of, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from your participation in events;

5. that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives in the event of your death or incapacity;

6. that you grant the university and its employees full authority to take whatever actions they may consider to be warranted regarding the protection of your health and safety during an event, and to secure such medical advice and services as the university, in its sole discretion, may deem necessary for your health and safety, for which you shall be financially responsible.

7. to reimburse the university for any repairs to or replacements of event property which are necessitated by damage, beyond normal wear and tear, caused by yourself to the property.

8. that, if you fail to comply with any of the university's rules, codes of conduct, and instructions relating to the event, the university has the right to terminate your participation in the event without compensation of any kind to yourself.

9. that you are in proper mental, emotional, and physical condition and health to participate in events, including travel to and from the event;

10. (visual/audio recording release) to allow the university to make visual and/or audio recordings of yourself and to use these recordings and your name for promotional purposes in relation to 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 in perpetuity without compensation.

11. that you have read and understood and intend to be bound by this agreement in its entirety, and that you execute this agreement voluntarily.
