orillia campus firepit table booking process - available to internal university departments only

please speak with food & conference services who will guide you with regards to location.

what do i need to provide?

lawn chairs or blankets, newspaper/paper to start the fire. 

how do i book?

complete the "fire pit waiver" and submit to food and conference services at or.confserv@lakeheadu.ca.  10 business days' advance notice required. 

note: for all events, you will need signed approval on this form from your department or faculty head (signing authority) or lusu. 

what are the fees?

bookings are $50.00 and include 1 bag of wood and kindling.  this will be tracked and billed monthly through food & conference services. a limited supply of roasting skewers are included as well as lighters.
