must provide proof of full-time enrolment to receive the student rate. “student” refers to any individual who is currently enrolled in an academic program or who has graduated from a program within the past two years.
** hospice volunteers must register through their volunteer organization to receive the volunteer rate.
*** exhibitor delegate registration includes all plenaries and concurrent sessions. if you do not want to register for the full conference, please proceed to exhibitor-only pass registration. both the exhibitor delegate registration and exhibitor-only passes are only valid with the purchase of a booth/exhibitor space (you can find rates in our prospectus).
