this workshop will include the following sessions:
1. moss introduction (lifecycle, diversity, ecological importance, biomonitoring) by dr. victoria tebrugge and dr. nanda kanavillil.
2. moss identification - adam storey (talk outlining the basics of moss identification with the help of microscopes)
3. moss macrofossil identification and importance - dr. florin pendea (talk outlining the basics of moss identification and importance), and
