european partnership on transforming health and care systems (thcs) - third joint transnational call (jtc)
the european partnership on transforming health and care systems (thcs) is a cofund action under the horizon europe programme designed to support coordinated national and regional research and innovation programmes along with capacity building, networking , dissemination and other key activities to support health and care systems transformation.
the third jtc call for proposals, “better care closer to home: enhancing primary and community care” aims to improve primary and community health and care systems, providing policymakers with knowledge and tools to manage transitions within the primary and community care sector. collaborative transnational projects funded under this call will deliver promising financial, organizational, and practice-based service innovations that promote the transformation of health and care systems and contribute to faster exchange of best practices across different countries and regions. researchers in canada are eligible to participate with cihr funding. for more information, see //m.hsbcwebinars.com/research-and-innovation/research-services/fundi...

horizon europe is the world’s largest research and innovation funding program. canada recently associated to pillar 2 of the program giving canadians more opportunities to elevate their research and participate in international research consortia.
the webinar will cover the following topics:
- overview of horizon europe
- best practices for preparing horizon europe proposals
- live demos of horizon europe resources
- expert q&a session
this training is being offered for free and registration will close on december 6th (11:59pm est). once registration closes, the ised horizon europe secretariat will send the link for the virtual meeting.
ised is working with horizon europe experts from the brussels unit of the agency for the promotion of european research (apre). mattia ceracchi and francesco palumbo are bringing a wealth of experience on horizon europe and other research and innovation initiatives offered by the european commission.

nserc is partnering with the national science foundation (nsf) on the designing materials to revolutionize and engineer our future (dmref) funding opportunity. the dmref program offers a unique opportunity for canadian academic researchers to team up with their us colleagues as interdisciplinary teams of researchers working synergistically to build the fundamental knowledge base needed to advance the design and development of materials in pursuit of the following goals:
canadian researchers must be working with an american principal investigator. applications are due on february 4, 2025.
nserc’s alliance grants team has organized an information session on the dmref opportunity. researchers will learn about the program and how to submit canadian applications. the session will be offered virtually on tuesday, december 3rd; please register ahead of time by clicking on the desired link below and then clicking the “register” button on the event page.
you are welcome to submit your questions about this call for proposals ahead of the information session via the registration links (see below). when registering for a session, there will be an optional text box for advance questions. submitting your question in advance will ensure that we get to your question during the presentation and that we are able to prepare a helpful answer for you.

are you aware of the federal tri-agency framework: responsible conduct of research and your responsibilities as a lufa researcher to comply? at 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 , compliance with the framework will apply equally to all research, funded or unfunded, carried out by lakehead faculty members. the workshop will provide you with an overview of the tri-agency framework: responsible conduct of research guidelines, including the implications of breaches to non-compliance with research security regulations. the workshop will also provide an overview with what constitutes a breach of research integrity and the procedures for investigating breaches as outlined in the lufa collective agreement article 39: research integrity. this workshop is only open to lufa members.
