agrobiodiversity to sustain community food systems

part of research and innovation week's social innovation forum on
monday, march 5, partners and collaborators on a new research project
will offer early perspectives at a panel discussion, followed by a round
table discussion open to anyone with interest.
the time is 9 - 11 am in at 5036 and light refreshments will be served. some of the international perspectives include the topics of cultivation agroecology, an initiative of usc canada, a just and sustainable food policy for canada, moving towards producing greener food in china, nature-based solutions for the farm in ecuador, indigenous food systems in northern canada, and urban agriculture in thunder bay, an initiative of roots to harvest.
