poster presentations are common in other fields and are growing in the social sciences and humanities. in this workshop, we get “footloose” and learn of how to create a poster presentation for research & innovation week and other events.

recently, sshrc announced that it will follow cihr’s lead and require all its applicants to conform to a common cv. this workshop aims to unravel some of mystery with this transition process and prepare
researchers for the new cv format.

knowledge mobilization is steadily becoming a significant element of social sciences and humanities research. this workshop aims to 1) equip researchers with creative strategies to share their knowledge outside of academe and 2) discuss the sshrc connections program.
