dr. shahi joined 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 in 2007 as an assistant professor in the faculty of natural resources management and was promoted to associate professor in 2011.

he has been chair of the forest management program since 2011, has served on several senate committees, and was chair of the research ethics board when it transitioned from the lakehead senate to the board of governors. “my top priority is the professional development of graduate 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 at 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 ,” dr. shahi said.

the dean of the faculty of graduate studies will support the strategic and innovative development of current and future programs, driving domestic and international student enrolment and research engagement.

dr. andrew dean, vice-president (research and innovation), welcomed dr. shahi to his new position. “dr. shahi has a good understanding of the connection between research and graduate studies, and i am excited to work with him to enhance this relationship,” dr. dean said.

dr. moira mcpherson, provost and vice-president (academic), said she looks forward to assisting dr. shahi to achieve the university’s priorities.

“dr. shahi’s experience as chair of the honours bachelor of science in forestry program, the fact he has supervised graduate 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 at all levels (phd, masters, and postdoctoral), and his unique success with both nserc and sshrc research initiatives make him an excellent choice for this position,” dr. mcpherson said.
