intro to mindfulness- tbay
this session will include an introduction to mindfulness where student health and wellness counsellor holly will share some “aha moments” about mindfulness. these are ideas that holly hopes will inspire you to want to know more. included in this intro to mindfulness session there will be an explanation of what mindfulness is and the opportunity to participate in some brief mindfulness exercises.
