the ontario problem gambling research centre (opgrc) has recently transitioned to a comprehensive knowledge translation and exchange (kte) organization in order to promote the use of evidence-based knowledge into responsible gambling policy and practice. opgrc aims to build capacity for kte by working with graduate student researchers in the problem gambling field. opgrc is offering student fellowship opportunities for 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛
to develop and implement a kte strategy related to problem gambling research. 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛
will develop their own capacity for kte by gaining an integrated kte learning experience through consultation with the opgrc knowledge broker to plan the strategy, design appropriate tools, and work with stakeholders to exchange valuable messages of the research as well as participating in kte workshops. 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛
will also develop project management and communication skills along with an in-depth understanding of the problem gambling field.
value and duration
the student fellowships have a value of $8,000 per academic year. fellowships may be renewed annually for a maximum of two years for a masters degree and three years for a doctorate. in addition recipients are eligible for funding to support capacity development including conference participation.
who is eligible

with a strong interest in problem gambling are encouraged to apply. eligible 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛
must be registered in a masters or doctoral program within an ontario institution, be supported by a graduate faculty advisor, and must be in good standing with the institution. 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛
must be embarking on or engaged in research related to reducing harm from gambling. kte can be incorporated at all stages of the research process, therefore 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛

hip prior to research being conducted, while research is being conducted, or when the research has been completed; in all cases there must be a strong kte focus of involvement.
