spooky season is upon us! join student health and wellness for drinksmart spooktacular to prep for all your upcoming halloween events.

safetalk is an in-person workshop to build skills in suicide prevention. participants will learn how to recognize and engage with someone thinking about suicide, overcome attitudes that act as barriers to help, talk openly about suicide and connect with intervention resources for further support.

it can be difficult to manage all the responsibilities of being a university student, including work, school, and taking care of your health. join th peer wellness team to discover affordable, accessible, and nutritious food resources both on and off campus. whether you're navigating a tight budget, busy schedule, or trying to maintain a balanced diet, this event will provide you with valuable tools and resources to fuel your academic success.
